Human Judgment Still Matters.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The interesting question isn&#8217;t whether real estate professionals should use AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What should we delegate to AI\u2014and what should remain deeply human?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AI is exceptionally good at processing information quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Experienced professionals are often good at recognizing context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A computer can generate twenty versions of a listing description in seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It cannot automatically reproduce 40 years of watching buyers, sellers, agents and markets behave under pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The strongest professionals may ultimately be the ones who combine both.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Technology for speed.<br>Experience for judgment.<br>Relationships for trust.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Being 86 Is Not the Story.
